Our company strives for the quality, completeness and validity of the on its website. The online store provides the following: (information, names, pictures illustration ect.) the products available through the site, and subjected to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be predicted. It also reserves time of delivery of the products in case of forced misuse of the packages being delivered. The online store can not guarantee the availability of the products, but guarantees them timingly about the products that are not available.

Product availability

Delivery and ways of Shipping
We make every effort in trying to deliver your orders on time, unless there are other reasons outlined in the availability section of the products. The products are shipped by delivery service (courier), and you receive them in 1-2 business days for Athens, from the day the order was made (until 14:00pm noon time), and 2—3 business days for the rest of Greece. Delivery days are Monday-Friday. For deliveries on Saturday there are extra charges. If for any reason we fail to meet the delivery date, we will notify you by email or by phone and you will decide whether to continue your order or to cancel it, with a full refund if you have already paid for it. If you receive a wrong product other than the one that you have ordered please notify us immediately, in order for us to resend the right one with no extra fees or charges for shipping.
Customer Obligation
The customer is required to respect the intellectual property rights of all third parties, to comply with the conditions of use to provide true personal information. Customer Rights- Right to Withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase from telka.gr online store, you have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 days, and claim your refund as provided by Greece’s consumer protection law. (Right to withdrawal from a sale). In this case, you must email a written message to info@telka.gr with the reason for returning the product for a refund. In order to be eligible for a return and a refund, the products must be in the best sale condition, unused, unpacked, no creases any where on the packed product, no tears or cuts on the package, and must be accompanied by all sale and shipping documents.
Shipping costs for returned products are charged to the customers.
In the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, telka.gr will return within 15 days the full amount of the refunded products and the refund method will be determined upon contact and consultation with you. Please note that the amount of money refunded to you do to withdrawal and return of the ordered products, corresponds only to the amount you paid for the purchase and not the amount you paid for the shipping costs. It is not possible to withdraw products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
Returns
If the product you received is damaged or defective, and we as a company are at fault, you have the right within 48 hours of the time your package arrived to call us and ask us for a replacement. In this case, you must notify our company within the 48 hour deadline and report the problem that has occurred, as well as sending the product to our address at your expense, in the state you received it accompanied by the issued document. If your return is found to be defective by our fault, our company will cover the costs of your return and after consultation with you, we will either send you a new product at your own expense or refund your money.
Ability to cancel an Order

If the order is cancelled after shipment and before delivery, the customer is charged only with the shipping costs.
