Spare parts

All spare parts for electronic devices (mobile phones - tablets - laptops) have a time warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty on all spare parts can only be valid if the products are in the condition in which they were purchased.

Spare parts that have been installed, have suffered any damage (breakage - scratches - moisture marks - cut cable) or have the protective gels removed can not be covered by the warranty*. Spare parts, and especially screens, which are returned due to a customer's wrong order, device damage or were not used in the repair will only be accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. In order to accept their return, a refund request must have been made electronically and the amount will be credited after a technical inspection by our company for the correct operation of the spare part.

Batteries

All phone and tablet batteries have a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Batteries that have been damaged during installation (puncture - tear - cut cable) can not be covered by the warranty.

Accessories

All accessories (chargers - cables - handsfree - converters) have a 6-month warranty.

In all the above cases the Proof of Purchase/Invoice of the product must be presented, otherwise no replacement or credit can be processed.

The agreed repair price refers only to the reported damage. In the case of additional damage found during the diagnosis, you will be informed again about the new repair cost. The repair warranty is not valid if the spare part malfunction results from customer misuse (liquids, breakage, distortion, pressure). In case of oxidized device (humidity) no future guarantee can be given. When delivering the device for repair, all the cards (SIM, SD) and any accessories (case, chargers) must have been removed, as the company does not bear any responsibility in case of their loss.

The company is not responsible for the loss of your data in an attempt to repair your device. The customer should make sure to get backup copies of their data before any repair attempt. The customer can ask the company to get backup copies if possible at the appropriate cost. The company stores your device for up to 6 months. If the deadline has passed and the customer has not received their device after telephone or electronic notifications then the device is given for recycling.

The customer accepts that by delivering their device for repair, the manufacturer's warranty may be forfeited and therefore exempts our company from the forfeiture of the manufacturer's warranty, due to our repair or attempt for repair of the device.
